2026 KINDNESS WALK - Walk Day Details

Permission slips MUST be signed to participate. Sign HERE

All students will eat a sack lunch when they return to school. Students are welcome to bring their lunch, or they can buy a sack lunch that day, which they will eat in their classrooms when they return. This allows us more time for fun at the track!

Schedule for the day:

9:40-10:10 am: Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd graders Walk

10 am: 3rd, 4th, 5th graders arrive

10:20-11:10 am: All school picture, celebration, fun events for all classes

11:20 am: Kindergarten, 1st, & 2nd graders return to school

11:20-11:50 am: 3rd, 4th & 5th graders Walk 30 min

12:00 pm: 3rd, 4th & 5th graders return to school

Family Participation day of the walk:

This year, since Kindness Walk is at the Munster High School Track, we are encouraging all our parents, grandparents, friends, etc to come cheer for our students in the bleachers at the High School. Feel free to make signs and wear your Elliott/Munster shirts to show your school spirit! To cheer, just come to the bleachers on Oct 7th.
