Hoping to chaperone a field trip this year? You'll need a background check!
Background checks are good for 5 years so if you have done one recently, you're all set! If you're unsure when yours expires or if you have one on file, please contact the school office at (219) 838-5250. Complete your background check soon so it’s approved and ready to go when a field trip is announced!
To volunteer on-site at Elliott for any reason you only need to have the front office scan your driver’s license into the Raptor system when you arrive to help. An extensive background check isn't required for regular volunteer activity.
